Legal information
Clear rules beyond the court, too.
The information below explains how the website, contact forms and external tournament payments work.
Last updated: 26 August 20261. Purpose of this website
This website presents the concept, calendar and rules of the MB Motors Mercedes-Benz Wielkopolska Padel Series. Its content is informational and does not constitute a commercial offer or guarantee participation.
Sending a message about playing, sponsorship or club cooperation is not a purchase, place reservation or contract.
The first two tournaments link to external Stripe Checkout pages. Opening a payment page does not reserve a place; the effect of a completed payment is governed by the information shown in Checkout and the participation terms.
2. Initiative partners
MB Motors Poznań and Akademia Padla are presented as initiative partners, with MejorSet as a supporting partner. Partnership does not by itself mean operating this website, controlling user data or accepting responsibility for its content.
Partner names and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the partnership.
The FIP mark identifies the source of the playing rules only and does not mean the series is an official or ranking FIP event. The mark remains the property of the International Padel Federation.
3. Privacy and contact
The forms transmit the details a user provides — depending on the request, these may include name, email address, phone number, location, company or club name and message — solely to manage registration interest, answer an enquiry or discuss cooperation.
Forms are technically delivered through Web3Forms, while payments for available tournaments use Stripe Checkout. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy; this website does not receive full card details.
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR/RODO principles, only for a defined purpose and for as long as necessary to handle the request, participation or legal obligations. Contact: wielkopolska@padel.ac.
People contacting the series may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of their data, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
4. Cookies and technical logs
The website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and therefore displays no consent banner. If such tools are introduced, consent will be requested before they are activated.
The hosting provider may process basic technical logs such as IP address, request time and browser information for security, diagnostics and service availability.
5. Using the website
Users should access the website lawfully, responsibly and without attempting to compromise its security or the rights of others.
We work to keep information current. Dates, venues and sporting details may be updated; binding conditions will be set out in the registration terms.
